Poster Presentation Guidelines

Poster presentations will have a display area that is approximately 45 inches square. Posters must fit within these dimensions. Materials can be mounted on the board with push pins (to be supplied by the presenter). Poster space will be assigned; assignments will be available at check-in on Wednesday, 18 October. Posters can be put up Wednesday after check-in or Thursday morning before the beginning of the conference. Presenters should plan to be at their posters for the full two hours of the poster session. The schedule for the poster session will be available at a later date.
