IMPORTANT: Abstract submission this year will be restricted for those who registered as Presenting Students or Regulars. If the limit of presenters has been reach we will be unable to process your request.
You must be registered for the NASBR Symposium to submit an abstract. A link to the abstract submission page will be in your registration confirmation email . Abstracts may be submitted at any time, but must be uploaded prior to the abstract deadline. We encourage you to submit your abstract as early as possible to avoid any last minute issues and to provide time for re-submission with corrections if needed.
Before submitting an abstract, please make sure to:
- Download and print the NASBR Abstract Checklist
- Create your own document or download the Abstract Template file. This Word document has pre-formatted fields to ensure format compliance. Fill out all the fields by clicking in each field and typing the text. Then save the file as described in the Guidelines. If you choose to cut and paste text into these fields (not recommended), do confirm all formatting with the checklist.
- Go over the checklist and make sure that you have followed all the guidelines and your abstract looks like the sample abstract below.
- Your abstract will be reviewed for accuracy and you may be asked to resubmit.
Please do not wait until the last moment to submit to avoid issues with online submission or if you need to resubmit the abstract.
