Description

Important: This activity happens simultaneously with the Student Poster presentations and the Student Social. Plan accordingly. Explore the diversity of bats in Guadalajara with our Bat Netting experience in Los Colomos Park on October 23rd and 24th. We will place mist nets to capture and identify various species. The activity is demonstrative; therefore, the handling of specimens will be carried out only by the technicians in charge of the activity. The specimens may be photographed without flash. Only rehydrating drinks will be provided; attendees can bring a snack, and it is also essential to wear a medical-grade face mask (KN-95). Time: The transport will pick up the participants at 5:30 pm in the Hotel Lobby.
