The 52st North American Symposium for Bat Research will be held at the The Hard Rock Hotel in Zapopan. Getting to Guadalajara

The Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla International Airport (GDL) serves the wider metropolitan area of Guadalajara and is well-connected to major North American airlines. Opting for a direct flight to GDL is the most convenient choice. However, if necessary, there are also plenty of flights available that connect through Mexico City International Airport (MEX).

Getting to the venue

To travel conveniently between the airport and the hotel, you have two options. Firstly, you can opt for a certified taxi, which you can easily find by locating the numerous booths after exiting the baggage claim area. Alternatively, you can book a ride-share service through a mobile app. Please note that travel duration may vary during peak traffic hours, but typically it takes around an hour to reach the hotel.
