Registration Information

If you are already a NASBR member (attended the last meeting or paid the annual fee), before you begin registration, we recommend that you login (Membership | Member Login) and update your profile with any changes to your email or affiliation. 

The registration process has two steps:

STEP 1 - Register for the meeting

Click on the button below to registration for the conference. Registration is individual, and you wont be able to register guests or more than one attendee at once. If you are registering more than one person, please make sure that each person is registered separately, you can use the same credit card to register multiple guests, but each one needs to have their own NASBR account. 

STEP 2  - Submit an abstract

Follow the link in your registration confirmation email for our abstract submission form.  This step is optional and only required if you plan to present your work (oral or poster) at the conference.  

Please do make sure to submit an abstract well before the deadline (August 11th 2023)

NASBR 2023 and COVID-19 (updated August 9th, 2023)

There are currently no mask, testing or vaccination requirements for events in Manitoba. Given the current COVID situation, we do not plan to require masks or vaccination for NASBR 2023, although we strongly encourage attendees to wear masks. We will have N95 masks available for all attendees and a limited number of tests available. We also ask that if you experience symptoms and/or test positive during the conference that you self-isolate. If the situation changes we will provide updates as the conference approaches.
